Our lead personnel average 27 years of experience in the engineering disciplines. SEI organizes project teams on an as-required basis. We draw personnel from our matrix organization and have them report to the project or program manager. The resulting flexibility has allowed us to cost effectively perform on tasks in a timely manner. We have the staff and facilities to support multiple tasks, including classified activities. We have a top-secret facility clearance; most of our personnel hold secret clearances, and five personnel have top-secret clearances.
