SEE PLC was founded in 1981 by Chairman, Neil Davey, offering electrical installation services predominately in the Essex area where our Head Office is based. The business has enjoyed steady and controlled organic growth over years extending the services that it offered to include reactive services with operatives on call 24/7/365. We earned an excellent reputation in the Retail sector by recognising the importance of working in operating environments and delivering quality installations on time, with minimum disruption. We are delighted to include among our retail customers Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer and more recently Lidl. In 2012, to avoid the misconception that South Eastern Electrical plc were just Electrical Contractors operating in the South Eastern part of the Country we re-branded to SEE Plc to reflect our current offering. SEE is a privately owned plc in which all shareholders are actively involved in the day to day running of the business. The Company has recently extended its office and warehouse space and is well positioned to implement further growth plans in the coming years. Business Activities We have been delivering Mechanical and Electrical services throughout Great Britain for over 33 years. We provide full in house Mechanical Services, (both installation and maintenance), Building Fabric Maintenance and small works, Rail, Dangerous Structures, Facilities Management, Car Park design and build, concrete repairs and specialised decking. We are now active in the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Leisure, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Airports and Rail sectors with a turnover of £32m at year end 2014 and £40m for 2015. We have different divisions including SER for renewable energy, PBM providing refurbishment and building works for car parks, data centres and air side and SES providing maintenance works.
