Rubicon Professional Services was formed in 2006 by a group of well-established design and construction professionals to provide our clients with a highly technical approach to complex design and construction projects. Our intent was to go beyond typical “brick and mortar” contractors, and provide a highly skilled focus on the components that account for up to 80% of the cost, efficiency and reliability of the data center and critical support infrastructure – the complex electrical, mechanical, controls and fire protection systems that are the life blood of the facility. We recruited the most highly skilled and experienced professionals in the design and construction business and developed a specialized approach to construction that combined the technical talent of professional engineers and architects with the expertise of our construction specialists – project managers, superintendents and M/E/P coordinators. The resulting team is unparalleled in the industry in terms of combined technical prowess and construction skills.
