To support and compliment our printing department- we offer 3 multi ply lamination/ embossing machines with width capabilities up to 88". Typical end uses would be lamination for decorative awnings, boat top, wallcoverings, window shade, lamp shade, Juvenile furniture, mattress covers and industrial tarpaulins. Recently Roysons has formed a new division- "Children for the Earth Products" featuring environmentally friendly wallcoverings, self adhesive borders, wall murals and a juvenile comforter set with a rain forest theme. Most recently, we have developed completely self-adhesive borders which can be used to temporarily decorate any room for the Holidays... Check out our Seasonal Borders.. Most likely our strongest asset is our willingness to experiment and pioneer. Roysons was first to market a complete wallcovering program on recycled substrates (see our CHILDREN FOR THE EARTH line); first in Rotogravure "expanded inks"; first in "Glow in the Dark inks" and in "wide web character prints" for finger bandage products; first in Rotogravure 72 inch repeats; first to offer 3-ply lamination with register front to back printing.
