What Is Royal Rehab?

Royal Rehab is an Affiliated Health Organisation located within the Northern Sydney Local Health District and operates under the NSW Health Services Act 1997, and as an accredited service with the Department of Ageing, Disability and HomeCare to provide specialist rehabilitation and disability services; engage in extensive research; and deliver education. It is a nationally recognised charitable, not-for-profit, private organisation that works in partnership with people to maximise abilities and optimise lifestyles following injury or illness by providing a range of services from statewide specialty services to local community services. Royal Rehab clients may seek specialist rehabilitation programs for disabilities arising from spinal cord injury, occupational injury, orthopaedic injury and illness, traumatic brain injury and neurological loss, age-related illness and disease, burns and multi-trauma. Royal Rehab also provides community and residential services for people with significant disabilities through the Extended Care Service and personal support services in private homes in the community through Lifestyle Support. Disability Services, Supported Accommodation, Specialist Spinal Cord & Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Lifestyle Support, Stroke Recovery, Community & Outpatient Services, NDIS, Person Centred Planning
