Built in 1989, The Royal Fox has been awarded the honor of hosting the prestigious Illinois PGA Open seven times in eleven years, a true testament of the challenge that lies ahead of you when you tee it up on the first hole. The original course was designed by Richard Nugent to evolve around the existing natural environment while providing a challenging 6,816-yard par 71 golf course. The Club features a variety of dining options, olympic-sized pool, a fitness facility, fully-stocked proshop as well as a social event calendar that is sure to entertain every member of the family with year round programs. 2018 welcomes the Club Modernization Project featuring over $2 million in capital improvements and upgrades both on and off the course. This winter, we continue with the much anticipated lower level clubhouse renovation project to include a NEW 19th Hole Lounge, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Center, Pro Shop and Locker Rooms.
