Established originally in 1987, RoyalAire is a full service mechanical contractor with sheet metal, piping, plumbing, and service capabilities. Located in Oldsmar Florida, RoyalAire services select Counties in West Central Florida. The assets of RoyalAire Mechanical, Inc. were purchased by RoyalAire Holdings, a group of established local HVAC professionals on September 22nd, 2006. On October 1st, 2010, RoyalAire became a licensed plumbing company. RoyalAire Mechanical Services, Inc. excels in commercial, institutional, industrial, mechanical and plumbing applications. We provide full service design/build, design assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements and on call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.
