Celebrating our 35th year! Rosen Management Services was established in 1980 as a full service professional property management company. Our company focuses on properties in Chicago and the North and Northwest suburbs.  Our extensive experience ranges from newly formed to well-established Associations.  Our portfolio includes new construction, conversions, town homes, lofts, and Co-Ops.
