RLG specializes business, real estate and in land use and zoning in emerging growth markets and plans to continue to open branches in such markets across the country. In Arizona, for example, RLG "saw" the Pinal County market as a potential "boom" market and was well established in this area of the state about two years before the major rush propelled Pinal County to become the fastest or second fastest growing market in the United States for three years. Always looking to the next growth market, RLG started working on land use and zoning issues for development clients in Idaho about two years ago. Opening the branch office is a natural progression for the amount of business they are handling in the state. RLG adds a unique aspect to land use and zoning by incorporating planners and project managers into the office to assist clients in every aspect of their project. RLG handles many of the real estate transactions for their clients and has a strong environmental and water law department. They also have a very strong business litigation department, handling a variety of complex business litigation matters. In addition, RLG has attracted arguably the foremost constitutional attorney in the United States, Clint Bolick . The founding partner, Jordan Rose, is known as one of Arizona's top zoning /land use attorneys. Her accolades and accomplishments are many. She serves on numerous boards of directors across the State and was recently named by the Arizona Business Journal as one of the state's 25 "Power Players of 2007", and by the Arizona Republic's Arizona Women's Magazine as one of the "TOP 20 Women to Watch in Arizona." Just this month, Rose Law Group was named as one of "The Best Places to Work" in Arizona by BestCompaniesAZ in partnership with the Phoenix Business Journal. Rose Law Group's mission is "outrageous client service" and they have a growth plan to expand into growth markets as the first national firm in the country to model their base business on land use and zoning clientele. The intent is to become known a "community bank of legal services". High net worth individuals and businesses bank with community banks because they know the bank president, they know that whenever they have an issue he/she will be all over it with solutions, and they know their money is protected (FDIC insured). At RLG, clients across the country will know their attorneys (as the firms will not grow to more than maybe 50 attorneys), will know that at any time of the day or night their attorney will worry for them and that the quality of legal work is the best in the country. They will have a breadth of knowledge throughout the various branches that will be shared and allow clients to obtain the best advice in the country. In addition, real estate clients who are looking to 1031 their money or the next "hot" market, will only have to follow RLG's march around the country, predicting the next "boom" area and establishing a solid practice. At Rose Law Group each attorney, planner and project manager pledges to understand the needs of all their clients and act promptly and efficiently to every request. In fact, their firm mission requires them to respond to clients needs quicker than the clients expect; their time reflects only tasks their clients want and need; their clients always know the status of what they are working on for them; and they produce only the highest quality work each and every day. RLG spent a lot of time searching for just the right managing partner to open their Idaho branch office. When Jordan Rose met Joe Borton she knew he was the perfect person to lead the branch. "I could not have dreamed up a more perfect individual to lead our Idaho office with the kind of enthusiasm and professionalism as Joe" Jordan Rose continued "I have met a lot of people and within about 2 minutes I was 100% convinced that Joe was the one and only person to lead the Firm. Joe's motivation is exactly ours , he yearns to be the best, hire the best and provide the best legal services in the country here in Idaho." Joe, a twenty five year Idaho native, served as the managing partner of the Idaho firm of Foley, Freeman & Borton, PLLC before deciding to join the Rose Law Group. Joe currently serves as the President of the Meridian City Council, as Vice-Chairman of the the Meridian Urban Renewal Development Corporation, is the Vice-Chairman of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of SW Idaho, was the 2002 President of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, is the incoming President for the Meridian Education Foundation/Joint School District No. 2, coaches Youth Football, is listed in Who's Who of Emerging Leader and Who's Who of American Law, was selected as 2005 "Businessman of the Year" by the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, and was also honored as "Accomplished under 40" by the Idaho Business Review. He is very well connected and well respected in the community. "The Firm is assembling a team of the best of the best in Idaho for business and real estate , modeling after the Arizona office and we can't think of a better person to lead us and our clients to success" said Jordan Rose. Joe will concentrate on business litigation and land use/local lobbying work. RLGB is building a strong team of the best attorneys and planners/project managers throughout the State. As RLG in Arizona is very community minded, RLGB looks forward to following that lead and getting involved in important community activities.
