In 1974 I founded Romanoff Floor Covering. I recognized the need in our industry for a quality floor covering company in Atlanta, Georgia. Our industry was challenged with poor workmanship and questionable corporate behavior. Over the years, many things have changed, but the need for great service and great value has remained the same. I have watched our business grow to become one of the Southeast's highest-volume flooring installers with 23 locations. But throughout it all, our commitment to "Perfect 10" customer services has never wavered. We believe that having the right team of people in place - in terms of their skill and their personal values - is the key to best serving our customers. Good people do good for other people. To this end, we've developed a set of core company values that every member of our team at every level, including staff and contractors follows, with the overarching idea of "Do the Right Thing." We support our employees in their individual pursuits of these values
