Just four years ago, the leadership in Rockingham County had the foresight and vision to create the Rockingham County Partnership (RCP). Since 2002 the Partnership has delivered ... and proven that a united effort leads to positive results. There is much more to be done if we want our Rockingham County communities, businesses, and residents to again prosper. For the Partnership to deliver increased results, it must develop and implement a more aggressive and broader program of work. Thus, the Partnership has implemented Prosperity 2010, a five-year initiative designed to re-create prosperity in Rockingham County. The Partnership has contracted with consultants Bob and Ciari Johnson of SMARTFundingPlus to assist in its planning and resource development. Bob and Ciari have successfully assisted many communities, including Guilford County in 2003, to prepare and implement sound plans to accomplish meaningful economic growth and results.
