We recognize that caregivers’ shifts are busy with very little time for data collection and documentation. So we concentrate our efforts on providing systems so caregivers can quickly, easily and accurately document the care and condition of the residents. Our technology simplifies the process of complying with regulatory reporting requirements and it gives managers the information they need to improve quality of care while reducing risk. Privately held since its founding in 1980, Resource Systems has more than 3,500 long term care customers throughout the nation. Resource Systems has won various industry awards including the ITAAO Company of the Year in 2003 and EODA Business Excellence Award in 2004. Resource Systems is based in New Concord, Ohio, home of Muskingum College. The unique college community offers a rare environment for creativity, educational excellence, and new technology.
