Operating as an independent means that we value the long-term relationships that we build with our partner homes, and we work very collaboratively as an integral part of the health care team. We can do that because we are a lean organization that lets us empower our employees to be responsive to our partner home's needs. RemedysRx pioneered the inter-professional model of servicing our partners with both nurse practice consultants and pharmacists, which allows for a collaborative focus between the home's needs, the partner's needs, and the needs of the customers in their home, the residents. We have nurse practice consultants that visit our partners homes on a regular basis. As some of our nurse practice consultants have worked as directors of care, they can relate to the challenges and issues our partner homes might be experiencing and help them save nursing time and positively impact resident care. We have expertise in diabetes, psychology and mental health, asthma and COPD, INR management and geriatric care. Holding regular meetings with all of our clinical pharmacists gives us the ability to leverage each others expertise in addressing the complicated needs of our partners homes and that results in us having the highest retention rates in the industry. Our philosophy at RemedysRx is that we dont strive to be the biggest pharmacy, rather we want to be the best. We are a full scope specialty pharmacy that services over 19,000 beds in retirement, long term care and group homes - so we have the scale to meet our partners needs but are nimble enough to be attentive to each partner homes individual needs.
