Our District Managers, Field Service Managers and Engineers have an average of 12 years of wireline experience each. All levels of management from the CEO to the Field Service Managers are expected to visit our customers location on a regular basis. This creates a transparent culture that is completely in sync from the bottom to the top of the organization. Process: We constantly challenge our employees to improve process. Some of the most recent process improvements are orange o-rings and neon green gun-string checklist. The orange o-rings increase visibility and neon green gun-string checklist create 2 sign-offs, increase accountability and serve as a visual indicator that the gun-string is ready. Both process improvements have significantly reduced mis-runs, NPT and fishing jobs. Equipment: We have a fleet of 15 wireline trucks, (6) 10k PCE packages, 6 cranes and 4 hydraulic latch systems. All equipment is maintained by full-time mechanics with 24 hour a day coverage.
