What Is Rehabsource?
RehabSource works side by side with our skilled nursing facilities (SNF) partners to provide therapy to patients in both the skilled nursing and long-term care settings throughout the state of Oklahoma. We strive to provide meaningful rehabilitation goals for both the patients and their families. RehabSource combines the art and science of physical, occupational, and speech therapy to improve each patient’s overall function, strength and mobility in order to increase their quality of life.
