Redcape provides hospitality venues across NSW and Queensland where customers can enjoy quality entertainment and social experiences. Our venues are positioned at the heart of the local communities where we provide a friendly atmosphere to meet and interact. Our aim to is provide the best local venues with a variety of food, drink and entertainment, so that we are the preferred place to share a meal with family, enjoy a drink, catch a game with a mate at the bar, or enjoy our gaming entertainment facilities. We employ over 600 local employees from the communities in which we operate and offer a range of services including food and beverage, gaming, accommodation and functions. We make a significant investment in the local people who work at our venues, including the training of young people in their early careers, and we trust our highly-trained local staff to manage each venue, providing them with good processes and systems while our broader leadership team offers them support and direction. Our strong business fundamentals are the result of an experienced management team, strong corporate platforms and systems, and a highly trained and engaged workforce.
