Our business model is very similar to that of KAYAK but in the payment space. Red Shepherd is a new marketplace for merchants and processors that provides the best security and customer experience gateway without reducing speed. Payment Gateways lack an all-in-one merchant services to meet next generation customer services. Most merchants have to connect to various products to meet customer demand. The current security processes are not end to end encrypted, leading to card data thefts, sniffing attacks and data breaches costing the industry millions of dollars in losses and fines. Red Shepherd is in the financial technology (FinTech) space. We are a marketplace for processors and merchants. What sets us apart from other competitors in our space for example: Pay Pal, Stripe and Square is we are the bridge between the processors and merchants, we are payment gateway.
