Razor & Tie has created, produced and marketed some of the most successful home video/DVD releases in the U.S. including Darrin's Dance Grooves, the #1 Special Interest and Fitness Video in the United States in 2002, which has sold over 1,000,000 units. Razor & Tie creates, produces and markets the Kidz Bop CD series, the top-selling children's audio project in the U.S. Razor & Tie, the record label, is home to a diverse group of acclaimed recording artists including, singer/songwriter Dar Williams, breakthrough rock act Brand New, legendary hip hop innovator/producer/DJ Prince Paul, and The Clarks, among others. Cliff was born in New York and received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1985. Prior to forming Razor & Tie, he practiced law at the New York-based law firm Sullivan & Cromwell.
