What Is Rattikin Title Company?

Rattikin Title Company was officially formed in 1944 by Jack Rattikin, Sr. and his wife, Annie Lee Rattikin, whose business philosophy was based on dedication and service to their customers. That same philosophy continues to guide the family today, as the company is presently owned by Jack Rattikin, Jr. and his family. It is the only family-owned title company in Tarrant County. Jack Rattikin, Jr., current Chairman of the Board, received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1957 from the University of Texas at Austin, and worked his way through the ranks until he became president of the company in 1968. He also has been heavily involved in the local, state and national title associations and has served as the president of all three. Rattikin Title Company issued title insurance policies underwritten by Kansas City Title Insurance Company from 1944 until its merger with Chicago Title Insurance Company in 1968. Chicago Title's parent company, Fidelity National Financial, is presently the world's largest title insurance underwriter, and Rattikin Title Company is one of its largest independent agents. We have the ability to offer our policyholders unsurpassed security as we are able to handle real estate transactions in every county in Texas and throughout the United States.
