Ransomed Productions has been serving recording artists since 1988. Owner, producer and engineer Tom Ransom has over 30 years in the recording business. Tom holds a degree in professional music with an emphasis in audio production from the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston as well as a degree in Music Education from the Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Tom has been honored to serve as a sound and recording clinician, lecturer and member of the judges panel at the annual St. Joseph, Mo Guitar Festival, held at Missouri Western State University. Tom has four of his own CDs under his belt in which he composed, arranged, recorded, mixed, and mastered the entire work. He also has written and arranged numerous instrumental and vocal compositions for local and national clients.
