Raheja Universal Private Limited (RUPL) the flagship company of Mr. Suresh L Raheja and his sons, Mr. Rahul Raheja and Mr. Ashish Raheja, was incorporated in the year 1980. On the frontline for luxurious residential developments in Mumbai, the company is one of the most reputed names in the real estate industry known for quality (ISO 90001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified), innovation, integrity & commitment. Till date we have developed over 8.38 million square feet of real estate across 53 projects. Mr. Suresh Raheja founded K. Raheja Universal Private Limited in 1980 with an exclusive team of professionals who dared to dream with their eyes open. They envisioned a transformed Indian landscape.
