The Principals of the firm have a breadth of experience in owning, managing and developing communities all over the United States. Our staff is highly-specialized and dedicated to efficiently operating a large portfolio of communities. We believe strongly in the future of affordable housing, and think that we are making a difference in the world we live in. When we drive through our communities, we wave at the customers – and they wave back.
