RL Controls, LLC (RLC) was founded in 1991 and supports the diverse technical needs within the mass transit industry. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified as a systems integrator, we serve to support and create end-end system solutions that are flexible and technologically advancing with our highly technical and capable team. We engineer, integrate, install, service and support Vehicle Communications, ITS, Wired and Wireless, PTC and CBTC in numerous arrangements and combinations. We provide complete solutions, products, manage and/or oversee inventory, employees (union/non) in many transit environments to create a quality successful deployment. If you want a ground up solution with our understanding and partnerships, we can provide complete system deployments. We are and have been and will be involved in all aspects; starting with a quality bid response, to the completion and outcome.
