Textile services are available also on a contract basis needs for segments of the process, such as procurement of raw materials, textile cutting and distribution to others for final assembly. RLCB Teleservices offer a range of communications programs from very basic to complex switchboard answering services. Through our own state of the art contact center we provide clients with message handling, inbound/outbound, email and web-chat capabilities. The services are designed to be fully flexible and scale to meet market and customer demand. RLCB agents are fully trained specialists skilled in delivering your message to gathering survey data for new products to driving attendance for major events.
