RKV Technologies, Inc. (RKV) is a veteran-owned Information Technology (IT) company headquartered in Jefferson City, Missouri. Robert (Bob) D. Myers, owner of RKV, and two partners founded Encore Consulting (Encore) in 1995. They were awarded a contract with the State of Missouri. Encore was sold at the end of 1996, but the management of the Jefferson City operation remained the same with Bob Myers at the helm. In 2008, Bob repurchased the company and named it RKV Technologies, Inc. Many employees that began with Encore in 1995 are still with RKV today. RKV’s primary focus has been, and still is, providing state governments with IT services in the form of fixed bid custom software development, COTS implementation and integration services, and staff augmentation. RKV currently holds numerous contracts with the State of Missouri as well as contracts in the States of New York, New Mexico, Montana, Kansas, and Pennsylvania. RKV’s history of working with States has created a wealth of both technical and business knowledge of State government operations. This enables our proposal teams to better understand the requirements and ultimately develop realistic proposals that result in successful projects for our customers. For Staff Augmentation, it also allows our Human Resources Department to insightfully determine the resource who best fits each assignment. RKV has worked across State Government in many agencies.
