REI Property & Asset Management is a licensed real estate management firm providing a full range of services for residential and commercial properties throughout the State of Connecticut. With nearly thirty years of experience, we have built a reputation for providing honest, high-quality and cost-effective management services with our primary focus on protecting the investment of the property owners we represent. We are headquartered in Danbury, CT, and have seven additional satellite offices throughout the state, which allow us to better serve our clients. Our satellite offices are located in Danbury (2), Bethel, Torrington, Monroe, Oxford and Prospect. We believe that proximity and accessibility to our clients is a key part of our continued success as one of Connecticut’s premier real estate management firms. Our firm represents approximately 90 clients with over 5,000 units of housing currently under our management umbrella. We estimate that the market value of our portfolio of clients has a net worth of over $1.4 billion dollars. With such a large portfolio of clients, we feel it is imperative to provide continuous management training, education and peer oversight within our organization. In addition to providing management services, REI is a licensed general contractor in the State of Connecticut and we have a maintenance and repair division dedicated to resolving many of the repair issues our clients face. Our maintenance services are optional, easily accessible and available 365 days a year (24/7) for routine requests as well as emergencies.
