REI Oklahoma has focused on job creation since 1982. With offices throughout Oklahoma, we collaborate closely with lenders statewide to help businesses thrive and help entrepreneurs navigate through business resources and lending programs. REI Business Lending has programs to accommodate businesses of all sizes in Oklahoma. Business loans starting at $1,500. Funds may be used for: Land and Building(s), New Construction, Renovation, Machinery, Equipment, Inventory, Furniture, Fixtures, Working Capital or Refinance. Established in 2002, REI New Markets Investment LLC allows REI Oklahoma to attract new investments into Oklahoma and create needed jobs in underserved communities. The New Markets Tax Credit program provides investors with federal tax credits for investments into qualifying businesses. The most recent award received by REI Oklahoma from the U. S. Treasury Department is for the administration of $60 million in tax credits. Previously, the organization received $320 million in tax credit authority resulting in projects totaling more than $1 billion in economic impact and creating/retaining more than 3,900 jobs. REI Down Payment Assistance invests in Oklahoma’s future by providing housing opportunities to low income individuals and families. The statewide program provides a competitive first mortgage and down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible mortgagors. For women-owned businesses and minority-owned enterprises, REI Women’s Business Center and the Native American Business Centers offer quality business training opportunities, access to capital, resources, referrals and technical assistance to support and encourage entrepreneurs who are starting or expanding a business.
