RCH Brokerage Legacy is a premier Realty company specializing in REO asset disposition. Our partnership consists of a group of experienced REO agents dedicated to providing superior service in the Metro Detroit Area. Our existing clients include: Countrywide, Coldwell Banker, CitiMortgage, Premier, EMC Mortgage, Fidelity National Asset Management Solutions, First American, Integrated Asset Services, Litton, MCB, Ocwen, Option One Mortgage and more. We have experience working with HUD and Fannie Mae properties as well as mortgage teams dedicated to selling distressed properties. RCH has grossed more than Fifteen million in REO sales in 2006 and 2007. Our team currently handles over four hundred bank owned properties. We have sales and marketing strategies that target high-end retail homes as well as low-end distressed properties. We have the team and the systems to monitor, preserve, and list assets from the redemption phase until closing. Leonard Pickett III graduated from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in 1997. Leonard was employed by General Motors Corporation for ten years where he managed several engineering projects. In 1999 Leonard started purchasing and renovating properties sparking his interest to attain his real estate license. In 2001 Mr. Pickett successfully completed Real Estate One University School of real estate and began selling REO properties in 2002. Since then, Leonard has averaged 100 or more closed transactions per year. In 2007 Leonard Pickett sold over 260 homes and surpassed 10 million in sales. Leonard was one of the top REO agents at MinCom Real Estate before leaving to start RCH Brokerage with Julian Glass.
