For more than 65 years, R.V. Evans Company has been supplying quality products and services and, today, is one of the leading distributors of flexible packaging, fastening and closure systems in the Midwest with representation in Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois. Founded in 1937 in Decatur, Illinois by the late R. V. Evans, Sr., the company initially sold carbon paper, business forms, order books and other types of office supplies from a two car family garage. By 1952, R. V. Evans Co. was stocking and selling staples for corrugated boxes, which soon led to further expansion of the R. V. Evans Co. line of packaging equipment and supplies. As opportunities arose, new lines of merchandise and increased warehousing space were added. R. V. Evans Co. operates warehouses, offices, repair centers and showrooms totaling 74,000 square feet in Decatur and Rockford, Illinois and in St. Louis, MO. These facilities provide our customers with same-day delivery of packaging, fastening and supplies, in addition to a comprehensive repair service.
