Products: https://www.r-hauz.ca/products.html V6 ON THE AVENUES The V6 is a 6100 SF 6 storey mass timber town house that has been designed to work within existing City of Toronto Mid Rise Avenue guidelines. The building features exposed wood ceilings and individual elevator access to each floor and a two storey suite on the fifth and sixth. Each unit floor has its own heating and cooling system and a combination of front and back of unit terraces, balconies or French balconies for passive cooling and access to sunlight. The building specifications allow a better than building code performance for energy requirements to minimize operating costs. V2 ON THE LANEWAYS The V2 is a rear lane secondary suite that has been designed to work within the newly approved City of Toronto Laneway Housing guidelines. V2 models feature a range of one or two bedroom suites over a one or two (or no) car garage. Each unit floor has its own heating and cooling system and a combination of front and back of unit terraces, balconies or French balconies for passive cooling and access to sunlight.
