Mission Statement Queensland Rugby's mission is to increase participation and visibility of our game while fostering a winning culture and the pursuit of greatness in our professional rugby team - the St.George Queensland Reds. We strive to govern the game for the prosperity of all Queensland Rugby stakeholders and effectively manage and deliver the many state-wide rugby competition structures. Queensland Rugby aims to lead and support Rugby Excellence throughout all areas of our business. Our Future Generation strategy (2012-2014) is designed to secure and promote the ongoing success and growth of our Code in Queensland. Queensland Rugby now governs our code for in excess of 180,000 players at over 200 clubs, sub unions and schools right around the state. To support this sizeable community Queensland Rugby recognises the importance of attracting and building quality partnerships in the corporate community. These relationships along with our clubs, volunteers and fans bring investment, financial and otherwise, into all levels of the code as well as providing considerable intelligence, expertise and infrastructure support which serves to strengthen Rugby in Queensland.
