Outside of these selective markets, Quarterhill remains opportunistic for compelling acquisition opportunities in adjacent markets. We seek organic growth in our existing businesses, and pursue tuck-in acquisitions that can be part of those same businesses. Our acquisition emphasis is on seeking out opportunities at reasonable valuations that provide a foundation for recurring revenues, predictable cash flows and margins, profitable growth, intimate customer relationships and dedicated management teams.
