What Is Qiscus - Multichannel Conversational Platform?

Qiscus was formed in 2013. Over the years we have grown to become the leading expert in chat and call technologies in Indonesia. We have powered some of the major enterprises in over 12 sectors, in Indonesia and 13 other countries. Some of our clients include the Astra International (largest motorcycle distributor in indonesia), Halodoc (largest telehealth player in Indonesia), Telkom Indonesia and Indosat (top two telcos of Indonesia), BlueBird Group (Largest Taxi Company in Indonesia), Bukalapak (Indonesia's fourth Unicorn) and a many others. At the core, Qiscus is a Chat and Call/Meet Software Development Kit (SDK). This enables clients to power up a highly scalable (more than 10 million concurrencies) and reliable chat within their own applications. With this SDK, we built a layer on top of it called the Multichannel Chat Platform, which integrates and centralises all conversations coming in from various channels, including those from mainstream chat apps such as WhatsApp, LINE, FB Messenger etc (we are the official partners of these mainstream chat apps). With built-in productivity tools and agent management functionality, the multichannel platform has been key in enabling businesses to provide excellent customer engagement, regardless of which channels the customers comes from.
