What Is Q39 Restaurant?

Q39 is a premiere full-service restaurant in Kansas City serving traditional and inspired barbeque cuisine in a casual, contemporary setting. The company is led by experienced executive chef and owner, Rob Magee, who opened the original concept in mid-town Kansas City in April 2014. We are excited for the new location in Overland Park opening Sept 1, 2017. Q39 has an urban rustic dining room with a full-service bar and staff. The unique kitchen is completely open, a far cry from the dank pits of traditional joints. Our menu offers wood-fire grilled and barbeque-inspired dishes. Food is prepared fresh daily using recipes refined by hundreds barbeque contests nation-wide by barbeque team Munchin’ Hogs. Our teams are top-notch and thrive in a fast paced, goal oriented environment. The focus is to maintain the highest guest satisfaction by offering mouth-watering food, outstanding customer service in a clean, relaxed environment.
