Purcell Construction Corp. is a construction, construction management and design/build firm with the special expertise in development, construction and the design/build process to achieve maximum value for our clients. Our corporate offices have been in the City of Watertown, New York since founded by Robert Purcell in 1973. We have successfully completed thousands of industrial, commercial, historic rehabilitation, military projects, senior apartments and school projects throughout New York State, New Jersey and Virginia. Purcell Construction has the ability to provide our clients with a wide range of diversified services, not only in terms of size of the project, but also in terms of expertise required. Projects range in size from $20 million military construction contracts to replacing a sidewalk for one of our long-time corporate clients. Purcell Construction typically employs about 70 to 100 full-time employees, consisting of management and field personnel. With a continual emphasis on training, safety and employee satisfaction, we boast one of the most motivated and productive work forces in the industry. We maintain highly skilled project managers who have a long history with the company as well as highly skilled craftsmen in the field. Adding to our success is our ability to draw from an extensive network of subcontractors. We have long standing relationships with high quality trade subcontractors who are available to mobilize and supplement Purcell Construction's forces for all of our projects. Our subcontractors possess substantial resources in terms of access to manpower, equipment, materials and suppliers. Through our own forces as well as those of our subcontractors, we have the ability to quickly and efficiently mobilize our resources to meet our client needs.
