ProCM will challenge the status quo and set out to deliver the clients primary goals.With a capable, forward-thinking team, equipped with extensive experience in multi-disciplinary engineering, project management and production, we work closely with project owners, coordinate the different roles and ensure that only the highest levels of integrity and effort are delivered. Our strategic approach looks at the bigger picture of each project, allowing us to assign the right people with the right expertise, ensuring the project is commercially viable and aligned to meet cost objectives.In addition to exceeding client expectations, we conduct impact analyses to ensure that the ‘doorstep community’ is included and enhanced through projects. As an example of how education and enablement are at the forefront of everything we do, we aim to teach community members how to make bricks and then use them in the building of that project.
