As quickly as Primland has become one of the area's premier destinations for golfers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, we are still working hard to make the Primland experience even more enjoyable. With several exciting developments recently completed and several more currently underway, we look forward to sharing them all with you as this outstanding resort continues to evolve. * The construction of the luxurious Lodge at Primland is scheduled to be finished in the fall of 2009. Upon completion, this new facility will feature 26 suites, a state-of-the-art spa, a golf shop, dining room, recreation room and a ballroom for events and meetings. * We've made several eco-friendly improvements to our infrastructure including a new potable water system and a new wastewater treatment facility to accommodate our growing needs on the property. This facility will also provide water for irrigation, a reflection of our commitment to preserving this extraordinary mountaintop. *Our Fairway Cottages are now open and provide elegant accommodations and wonderful views near the 10th and 18th fairways of the Highland Course. *Road improvements will begin this fall, with paving to be completed over the remaining twelve miles of Primland roads, prior to the opening of the lodge. For all the things that we have going on here at Primland, there's one thing that will never change: the integrity of the land. We know that nature has and will always be the star here at Primland and we'll never allow anything to interfere with that.
