Phillips, in our desire to improve products, will require parts to be returned to their respective factory for evaluation and analysis. Phillips Industries extends a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser that the warranted products are free from defects in workmanship and/or materials only. Charges for damages and/or labor costs cannot be accepted. Warranty submission claims are designed to replace defectively made parts to the original purchaser due to defects in material and workmanship only. Unless specifically agreed to and acknowledged in writing, Phillips will replace any warranted product to the original purchaser if the product fails because of defect due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period from the original product manufactured date. Warranties are not transferable and apply only to the original owner of the Phillips product.
