Perspectives Therapy Services provides individual, couples, and family therapy in the four communities that we serve. Here at Perspectives, we have worked hard to create a caring and comfortable environment where all are welcome. With over 55 therapists between four locations, we are able to see a variety of people with a variety of concerns, including addiction, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, communication concerns, LGBTQ+ concerns, and most things in between! At our Brighton location, we are able to offer movement and yoga therapy, meditation groups, and psychiatry services as well. We welcome anyone into our office to come experience a welcoming and healing environment! At Perspectives Therapy Services, we are always looking to connect with different community members and organizations to deepen our involvement with our communities. Our team members enjoy learning about the concerns of our community and find out how we can help heal as mental health care workers.
