Since 1972, Persimmon Homes has been creating new homes for sale across the UK. Today, as one of the country’s most successful housebuilders, we have around 400 new build developments in towns and cities, coast and country.\n\nPersimmon Plc is the holding company for the Persimmon Group, listed on the London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.\n\nFrom a Group headquarters in York, Persimmon operates 31 regional businesses across Britain, trading under the brands of Persimmon Homes, Charles Church and Westbury Partnerships.
