At Per Scholas, we believe that much of our nation's talent is hidden in plain sight. We open doors to tech careers for curious, motivated problem solvers. Since 1995, we have been preparing motivated and curious adults who are unemployed or underemployed with the technical and business skills to launch successful careers in technology, creating on-ramps to businesses in need of their talents. We work across the country, in Atlanta, Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas, the National Capital Region and New York. Per Scholas is named one of America's top-performing nonprofit organizations by the Social Impact Exchange S&100 Index for its impressive outcomes and results-driven work. Over 6,000 low-income individuals have been served to date through the effective IT job training program. 80-percent of program graduates become employed. The results have produced millions of dollars back into the local economy. The White House recognized Per Scholas for being particularly impactful serving the long-term unemployed.
