Penn State Campus Recreation provides a wide variety of recreation programs, spaces, and services that fosters meaningful connections and supports positive choices for lifelong holistic well-being.\n\nOur people are our greatest asset. We employ over 45 full-time professional staff members and 550+ student staff. Our community is enriched by the commonalities and differences of everyone we serve, with over one-million visits yearly to our facilities. We invite you to work with us toward fostering a welcoming environment that enables all to flourish.\n\nWe provide hundreds of member opportunities weekly at low to no-cost through our services and programming in Aquatics, Competitive Sports, Fitness and Wellbeing, Outdoor Adventures, and Tennis. Through our partnership with the Student Fee Board, we are able to provide free memberships to all full-time students at the University Park campus.\n\nOur facilities include 5 on-campus buildings, 8 sports fields, 3 outdoor tennis areas, and 1 outdoor pool. Off-campus we oversee the Stone Valley Recreation area including Lake Perez which hosts boating, a high-ropes course, an alpine climbing wall, and over 800 acres of forest with hiking trails.
