PennEnergy Resources, LLC is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based independent oil & gas operating company focused on the acquisition and development of unconventional shale resources in the Appalachian Basin. PennEnergy Resources was founded in 2011 by Richard D. Weber and Gregory D.
