The PegasusTSI team of personnel has a history of more than thirty-five years working together in Tampa, formerly as The Badger Company and subsequently as Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, then Mustang Tampa, Inc. and finally as PegasusTSI, Inc. employees. Originally founded by its current management team in 1998 as a joint venture named Mustang Tampa, Inc., in 2007 the company converted to a privately held entity now known as PegasusTSI, Inc.
