Over the years, Paradigm Marketing and Design has evolved into a complete turnkey agency, but this award winning shop is still small enough to give clients the individual attention and hands-on, detail oriented services they need to be confident in their marketing effort and competitive in their industries. Rachel Durkan founded Paradigm in 2009 as a website design/development shop for local small-to-medium business. Shortly after opening the doors, however, she recognized that many of her clients needed more comprehensive marketing help well beyond the URL. With a diverse background in many marketing disciplines, Rachel knew she could help these companies, but she couldn’t do it as effectively on her own. So she began recruiting like-minded marketing and design gurus to create a team of professionals that could expertly address each component of a strategic marketing plan. Today, Paradigm provides a range of marketing and design services to business-to-business, business-to-consumer and non-profit organizations — from start-ups to large, multi-faceted companies with revenues in excess of $50 million. We specialize in providing “wraparound†services, whereby each marketing initiative supports the overall strategic plan to produce a long-term return on investment. Our clients receive the benefit of each team member’s unique area of expertise, which are combined to deliver purpose-driven marketing strategies, solutions and individual tactics. From brand strategy to website design to direct mail and more, we focus on the big picture. Our clients range in size from small, start up organizations to large multi-faceted enterprises.
