What started out as a residential construction company in the 1950s has been transformed by third-generation leadership, Wesley Palmisano, into a rapidly scaling, commercial and civil construction company that operates with the soul of a startup. Since Palmisano's rebirth 5 years ago, the firm has hired more than 100 team members, completed more than 75 large-scale projects totaling approximately four million square feet and generated more than 100M in revenue per year.
