Woods, a former Michigan industrialist who moved to Florida and purchased Palm Beach Illustrated in 1991. In addition to PBMG's two flagship monthly titles— Palm Beach Illustrated and Naples Illustrated— the company publishes the annual Charity Registers in Palm Beach and Naples.
