Pacific Ridge Homes was founded in 2000, by four couples. Originally named Family Quality Construction, Pacific Ridge Homes built 16 new homes in their first year, and in the process, gained valuable experience about what a homebuilder could offer. With a focus on creating homes suited to individual lifestyle, and a willingness to listen to customer needs, Pacific Ridge Homes quickly became known as the builder of quality and choice. Today, Pacific Ridge Homes has built over 1,000 homes throughout the Puget Sound region in conjunction with a myriad of partners, vendors, and sub-contractors.
