PLC offers many electronic tools to our customers via the Internet. Track packages, print invoices, and schedule pickups online, from anywhere in the world. All internet services and applications are hosted in house. As our own network host we employ the 5 9's approach, an abbreviation for 99.999% uptime. We maintain a highly available network. We can provide customers with a Warehouse Management System. Our proprietary WMS is called DockTrack WMS. DockTrack is optimized for operations at the PLC facilites. Therefore, by creating proprietary software to suit our operational needs we are able to maintain our current operations model; instead of adapting a third party application that would make us change our operational tasks. 24 hour real-time video surveillance, monitored by Security Staff.
