What Is Pacific Crest Savings Bank?

Pacific Crest Savings Bank is a local, independently owned community bank. Delivering the highest level of customer service and expertise to our community for over three decades. We offer personal and business savings and checking products with competitive rates. Lending includes specialized loans for commercial, multifamily and residential properties along with construction loans for builders. Whether you are an individual, a small business owner, or a real estate investor, at Pacific Crest Savings Bank you can expect the highest level of customer service. A little history. Our company was founded in 1984 as Phoenix Mortgage and Escrow by John Fairchild, Harry Sankey and Sheryl Nilson. We grew to become one of the largest independent regional mortgage bankers with a committed team of loan officers and staff serving the northwest. In 1998 we converted into a Washington State-chartered, federally insured savings bank, becoming Phoenix Savings Bank. To better reflect our Northwest roots, in 2005 we changed our name to Pacific Crest Savings Bank. Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender.
